Today I mean to share the Word through King Ahab. Looking at 1 Kings 22:39–40 that we read today, it says, “Now the rest of the acts of Ahab, and all that he did, the ivory house which he built and all the cities that he built, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?” (1 Kings 22:39) The books of 1 and 2 Kings and Chronicles explain these kings in detail, showing well the rest of their acts and what they did—their achievements and the whole account of their lives.
